Sorry to add a bad comment but that old lady is rude sick of living and just annoys the out of me went to pay a cellphone bill and they ask me to fill out a form with a million questions to pay one bill and she answers if you dont like it go somewere else i know that times are desperate and some people have to put up with her to just a loan but till the owner figures out that this lady is costing money for this company shes gonna be there for a long time i have seen her 3 times i the past 5 years and i just go somewere else or i wait till some of the other people help you cause shes is mean old lady and desperate people put up with her to get a loan

The rep behind the counter was really nice and we casually chatted through the process. My go to check cashing place now.

Would give zero if I could. Once they sell your debt they don't keep a record of it. After contacting the company for over 3 years to make sure I didnt owe anything. 800 number told me multiple times I was in good standing but always got blocked from being able to get a loan. I figured something was wrong and tried to investigate. They were absolutely untrue lied to me on 3 different occasions over the last 3 years. Found out from a lawyer. Could have been taken care of if they kept better records of my debt. No reason my information was told I was in the clear when it was not true. Be careful of this company

You still Have to go through the hoops to pay back your loan. They don’t address or have any signs posted that you can no longer pay back with your debit card anymore. New employees will say this was always our policy. And then they can charge you a $140 fee if you use their ATM behind the counter. With COVID-19, Cash is very risky way to distribute and to use for paying off your loan. Along with the inconvenience of not knowing about new policies makes it difficult for consumers and Ace employees both. Like a cyclone of chaos in there With many people scrambling around in it. This is a terrible time for this type of business practice. It’s also illegal.
